The Economy

John and I have figured out how to fix the economy. Marlboro Greens. We don't have to subsidize a pointless battle and we get to rake in the tax dollars on pot.

On another note- in Vancouver it's a misdemeanor to litter. But in Portland, it's an infraction to posses pot! For those of you not savy on these terms: misdemeanor means it's a crime and will be on your criminal record, an infraction is similar to a parking ticket. Just a fine
