OMG!

so for a while, in daphne's corner of my blog i would post new words she had said. she has been saying so much that i just cannot do that anymore. for now on i'll just have to post the cute moments that happen. like today i was eating a tangerine and some of the juice squirted down my throat and i was coughing and daphne asked "are you ok mama?" it was SO dang cute. she also learned to say "sorry" if she bumps into you- that one pleases me, and surprises me because i didn't teach it to her. i think she learned it from john cause he's always doing that.

the weather has been warming up which i'm actually excited about. and by warming up i mean it went from 15 degrees to 40 degrees. woohoo! it's a little tolerable to go on walks now and daphne and i have been on one everyday this week. she walks around pointing out everything she knows the word for, and everything else she doesn't know the word for she'll yell "what's THAT?!?!" i'll have to take some pictures on our next outing.

so this weekend is going to be really busy- i can tell. tomorrow night john has an awards ceremony for booking a class last term- after that they have a little buffet. then right after that at Cooley they are having some kind of banquet and then a stand up comedian. i'm really looking forward to that. the poussons are going too so it will be a fun double date. and then on saturday we're going to some thing, i'm not even sure what's going on i just know that it's called sugarbush or something. that's in the morning, then i have a shower in the afternoon and then john and i will be doubling up with the martins for dinner at a "mobster owned" italian restaurant and hopefully a movie afterwords. so much fun- i can't wait! but i have to be SO careful with all this stuff going on if i want to stay on track with my biggest looser goals.

oh- and i had a test on tuesday. it was for my history class. i totally did not study enough and completely went assuming to just fail, but i went anyways so i could see what the test was like so i'd know what to study for when i take my next attemp at it. i get 3 free attempts at my tests, after that i have to pay $60. anyway- when i went to take the test, i noticed it was WAY shorter than i thought it would be, and way easier. i actually wouldn't be surprised if i passed.
