just desserts? no thank you...

in our ward our relief society does an activity called "just desserts" once a month. you just come, and socialize and eat dessert. the first couple i went to, there wasn't a good turn out. then about two months ago, the one that i missed, it turned out that EVERYONE went and had such a fun time. well, since then i've been trying to make sure that everyone goes so that it will be a lot of fun like the one i missed. tonight was another "just desserts" night, and luckily i got some of my friends to go with me. the woman who hosted the event had a very nice and put together home. but, after quickly noticing that the house it was held at had many breakable nick nacks in every possibly spot, we realized that this place was not toddler friendly. the five of us high tailed it out of there and had a more relaxing social gathering at johnny rockets. i love my friends. although i ate too much and felt like i was going to puke afterwards, i had a fun night just hanging out with the girls. thanks girls for such a fun night.
