first of all- a funny daphne moment: i had the fly swatter out because we had a couple flies in the house. when i wasn't looking daphne got a hold of it and when i saw her she was rubbing the fly swatter all over her face! i was so grossed out for her...
not too much has been happening lately. i went to the library today to get some more movies for daphne. i am really liking this whole library deal. it really suits us because we can rent all these movies for daphne like teletubbies or barney without having to shell out the cash for it. i also picked up a pilates video for me! im excited to try it out. we did pilates for YW the other night and i really liked it. i want to get super lean!
earlier tonight we went out to potter park for addy helgeson's 2nd bday. it was really fun to get to hang out and daphne loved playing at the park. but it got dark quickly and the mosquitos were coming out and starting to eat us! i did NOT want to get bit after my last "incident" so we headed out- but the fun didn't end there, the poussons dropped off our bike and hung out for a while. the pousson's are so cool, i don't want them to move in april. we have to move first so that way they aren't leaving us!
for some reason daphne has been really sensitive today. if she looses sight of me for like 30 seconds she starts doing this really sad cry. it makes me feel really important but i do want her to get some courage and at least play on her own. i can't wait to post some pictures on sunday. i've taken some cute ones of daphne. so, i guess tomorrow john is playing football with the guys, and i'm cleaning the BSA office. but who knows, it could be a totally fun and crazy day, we'll see!
