SO I decided to utilize them in another recipe I've been itching to make... Bread Pudding.
I think it turned out pretty good!

Revived Banana Nut Muffins
I seriously doubt my capabilities with bread and all it's variations... I tried to make some banana nut muffins the other day, and everything turned out fine EXCEPT they were kind if flavorless!
SO I decided to utilize them in another recipe I've been itching to make... Bread Pudding.
I think it turned out pretty good!
Oh- and we're finally closing on our house today!
