So I saw THIS article in my Real Simple magazine about Holiday cookies. So, I decided to give it a shot. There were four different cookies, and I made all of them. I was a little suprised when not all of them turned out like the pictures...
Raspberry Pinwheels
Pecan Snowballs
Ginger Chocolate Chip bars
Glazed Lemon Cookies
All four differnt cookies together
Ok- the Ginger Chocolate Chip Bars did end up looking like the picture once they were cut up. And they were the best tasting ones. The Glazed Lemon Cookies looked like the picture too. I still don't know why the Raspberry Pinwheels and Pecan Snowballs turned out differently, but they were still good.
All in all, it was a lot of fun and I ended up making four delicious cookie recipes.
