so i haven't posted a blog about our portland trip yet. sorry. getting back into the swing of things is hard after vacation. i did write a blog however, it's just on our mac laptop which is not completely internet ready, so i'm still trying to complete the task of getting into cyber space for you all to read. we do have lots of cute pictures to share i might add, and they ARE on this computer, they are just waiting for the blog.
i bought daphne a halloween costume today. i had to buy it because it was the last one for her size and it was so dang cute. its a pink kitty outfit, and daphne loves it because its all soft and fuzzy like her stuffed bunny known to be "dottie". i put the kitty outfit on her tonight to try it one and she looked so adorable. i think i'll just pick random days for her to wear it around so she can get more than one days use out of it before she out grows it. i already taught her to say "meow meow" so she's pretty much ready to go.
speaking of daphne, she is developing quite the sassy toddler attitude. we took her to chuck e cheese tonight for a birthday party for one of our friends daughters and she insisted on walking around and exploring all the kids toys and games. she loved the toddler games there and the huge electronic animals they have on stage which move and sing songs every five minutes or so. i remember it being more cool and entertaining at chuck e cheese when i was eight, but i guess that just proves how naive i was. we got some pictures "sketched" of us which I think are rather cute. where else can you get a family portrait for a quarter?
